Planned Maintenance & Repairs: Implementation of a comprehensive Planned Maintenance System (PMS) for routine upkeep of engines, boilers, electrical systems, and all onboard equipment. We coordinate timely repairs and preventive maintenance to avoid costly breakdowns.

Survey & Certification Compliance: Preparation and handling of all classification society surveys, flag state inspections, and certificate renewals (including SOLAS and MARPOL requirements, annual and five- year class surveys, and ISM Code audits). We ensure your vessel remains fully certified and compliant with international and flag regulations at all times.

24/7 Technical Support: Our shore-based technical team monitors vessel performance and is available 24/7 to assist ship crew with troubleshooting and guidance. In case of any technical malfunction at sea or in port, we provide immediate remote support and can dispatch experts if necessary to resolve issues swiftly.

Dry Dock & Yard Supervision: When major overhauls or dry dockings are due, our technical managers plan the scope of work and supervise the shipyard process (hull treatments, machinery upgrades, structural repairs, etc.). We work with vetted yards to execute repairs on schedule and within the approved budget.

Spare Parts & Inventory Management: We maintain an optimized inventory of critical spare parts and liaise with our procurement department to source quality spares and materials. This ensures the vessel always has essential parts available and that replacements are carried out promptly.
